DATA INFORMED
STOP GUESSING WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU!
Metrics are a critical part of player development. They remove coach's bias, allow players to better evaluate their current movement solution, and emphasize results over a prescribed movement. Zac is an industry leader in developing catcher training metrics and his ideas are being used at the highest levels of baseball. Train with the same data as the pros and learn first hand the power of data informed player development! INDIVIDUALIZED
EVERY PLAYER IS UNIQUE. LET'S FIND YOUR BEST MOVEMENT SOLUTION!
Zac uses a constraint led approach to training, guiding players in finding the movement solution that is best for their body. Not sure what 'Constraint Led Training' is? Click here for more information. TAKE OWNERSHIP

ABOUT
Zac Stout
|
I joined with Rogue Baseball Performance after meeting many coaches and programs that were struggling to develop their catchers. A lot of teams don't have the luxury of a dedicated catching instructor on staff, leaving a pitching, hitting, or defense coach to navigating the development of one of the most important positions on the field.
That's why I wanted to create a place where players AND coaches could come to refine their skills. The catching position is difficult! It challenges you both physically, mentally, and emotionally. But that challenge is what makes it so rewarding when you find success. |
A little about me. I grew up in Highlands Ranch, CO and attended Mountain Vista High School before going on to play at Colorado School of Mines and graduating with a degree in engineering. After my playing days were over I returned to Mountain Vista as the program catching coordinator for 9 years before joining Rogue Baseball Performance in 2019.
I pride myself in being an innovator in the catching world and have been fortunate enough to build friendships with some of the best catching instructors in the business. I routinely collaborate with professional and collegiate player development staff to ensure my students are being prepared for the ever changing demands placed on catchers.
